Scope of Work
Renovated carriage shed into a new 1 bed/1 bath apartment, tack room, utility room, and one additional stall. Built a 40' 3 stall open garage and installed new water lines for irrigation (600'). Installed 600' of drainage and 3 acres of fencing for new pasture.
